Village Council Meetings
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 7.30 p.m. at the Methodist Church on West Drive Oxenhope. Dates of meetings in 2026 are available here.
Council meetings are conducted in public and all are welcome to attend and observe. There is a standing agenda item to enable public participation. This is an opportunity to make representations, provide information or give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda.
The main business of the meeting may only be conducted by Village Councillors. However, at the discretion of the Chair, members of the public can be invited to speak on any item if they wish to do so.
Please note that occasionally the public may be excluded from parts of the meeting to enable discussion of confidential items, such as staffing matters, contract tenders, or legal issues.
