Village Council Clerk & RFO Vacancy

The Village Council is looking to recruit a part-time Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer.

The post-holder will support and advise the Council, arrange and minute meetings, progress agreed actions, manage finances including audits, annual reports and returns and supervise the Village Warden.

  • 16 hours per week, flexible working.
  • Paid monthly in accordance with NJC SCP 24 to 28, £13,445 to £15,017 per annum, based upon experience and qualifications (2023/24 pay award pending).
  • Home working allowance of £25 per month.
  • 7 weeks (112 hrs) annual leave.
  • Membership of the local government pension scheme.
