The Fireworks have been purchased thanks to the club, selling football cards and from 2 cash donations, these people will remain anonymous however we and they know who they are, very very much appreciated. All proceeds will be going towards funding the new practice nets and as such we would like volunteers to assist with the following:
Catering – Pies have been promised from Colin Storton, Craig Bartlett and Dawn Lowndes, Peas from Marian Greenwood, more will be required and very much appreciated.
Raffle Prizes to be won on the night at £1 a ticket, also someone to volunteer to sell the tickets.
General Assistance – We require people to volunteer to help in the Kitchen for short periods of time, the more the better and to help with the cleaning after.
Stewards – General assistance to ensure the safety of all involved.
The bar will be manned by the usual suspects, firework display is fully supervised as is the bonfire and the ale will be as cheap as usual.
We respectfully ask that people do not bring their own fireworks as safety cannot then be guaranteed although if anyone would like to donate large fireworks towards the display (with prior arrangement), that is fine.
